教學諮詢輔導

「教學諮詢輔導」為薪傳制度及新進教師同儕觀課與回饋之整合,自109學年度第二學期開始實施,由本中心及新進教師所屬系所各推薦一位適當人選作為教學諮詢教師,透過教師同儕間的教學的反思與合作,來協助新進教師適應教學環境並增進教學品質,輔導內容包含「教學專業相關諮詢與輔導」及「同儕觀課與回饋」兩部分。

核心精神 Core  Spirit

  • 精進教學為主要目的。
    The main purpose is to improve teaching.
  • 運用大學教師專業領域的教學專業和判斷進行同儕互助。
    Assist in peer learning and interaction from previous experiences in the teaching profession of their own domain.
  • 提供教學回饋,鼓勵優良的教學方式並建議教學發展的方向。
    Provide feedback on teaching, encourage good teaching methods and suggest directions for teaching development.

教學專業相關諮詢與輔導 Consultation and Guidance on Instruction

  • 輔導期間可透過電話、E-mail…等方式,向教學諮詢教師請益教學相關問題。
    During the counseling period, you can ask teaching-related questions to the instructional counselor by phone, e-mail, etc..
  • 內容可包含課程設計教學評量教學科技與資源教學方法與技巧師生互動教學研究發表等。
    Questions may include curriculum design, instructional assessment, instructional technology and resources, teaching methods and techniques, teacher-student interaction, publication of instructional research, etc..

同儕觀課與回饋 Peer Class Observation and Feedback 

  • 流程Procedure

    • 說課(觀課前會議)Pre-observation meeting
    • 觀課(實際入班觀課)Class observation
      • 教學諮詢教師同時出席。Instructional Counselor(s) should be present.
      • 觀課時間至少完整一節課(50分鐘)。At least one full session (50 minutes) of the class.
    • 議課(觀課後會議)Post-observation meeting
      建議在觀課後一週內舉行。Recommended to be held within one week after the class observation.

  • 給予建設性及支持性回饋。
    Giving constructive and supportive feedback.
  • 回饋意見應奠基於實際觀察到的行為和教學方法。
    Feedback should be based on actual behaviors and teaching methods observed.
  • 具體的回饋,可讓授課教師於日後運用並精進教學。
    Specific feedback for instructors to use and refine their instruction in the future.
